Friday was Crossover Day for the GA General Assembly, and all bills not crossing from one House to the other by Crossover Day are technically dead until next session.
One of the bills that made it past Crossover Day is SB 29, Lead Testing Advances. This bill passed the Senate, and would expand testing requirements for lead contamination in water at some schools and day care centers.
