New Submission Deadline is November 2, 2018 at 5PM
The Georgia Public Health Association 2019 conference planning committee is accepting abstracts for oral presentations and scientific posters. An abstract submission is required regardless of the presentation format or learning method.
Due to the recent weather event, GPHA has extended the abstract submission deadline until November 2, 2018.
All submissions must be emailed in Word format to GPHA.CFA@gmail.com. PDF submissions will be declined.

The conference theme includes, but is not limited to:
- Inform
- Prevent
- Protect
- Promote
Submission Options:
- Poster only
- Student poster (primary author must be currently enrolled student)
- Live Workshop only (30 minutes*, including 5 minutes Q&A, one presenter maximum)
- Live Workshop only (60 minutes, including 10 minutes Q&A, two presenters maximum)
- Poster or 30-minute live workshop (30 minutes*, including 5 minutes Q&A, one presenter maximum)
*If you are submitting a 30-minute workshop, you will be paired in an hour-long time slot with another presentation addressing a similar or related topic.
