CONFERENCE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made on or before February 28, 2025 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made March 1, 2025 and March 15, 2025 will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be given after March 15, 2025.
- Registration substitutions are allowed at any time with written notice (price may vary based on GPHA membership status).
- Lodging reservations and cancellations are subject to hotel policies and are the responsibility of the registrant.
